General Manager: E-8/E-9 grade, Rs. 1.8-2.6 lakh/month, 15-20 years experience, strategic leadership. Senior Manager/Manager: E-6/E-7, Rs. 1.2-1.8 lakh/month, 10-15 years experience in manufacturing/finance/marketing. Deputy/Assistant Manager: E-3 to E-5, Rs. 60,000-1.2 lakh/month, 5-7 years experience. Junior Manager/Officer: E-1/E-2, Rs. 40,000-70,000/month, fresh postgraduates or 2-3 years experience.
AI Engineer: B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, neural networks expertise for AI-based solutions in prosthetics design, manufacturing optimization, supply chain, customer service automation. Rs. 40,000-70,000/month. Fresh M.Tech with excellent projects eligible.
Accountant: B.Com/M.Com with CA Inter/ICWA, 3-4 years in accounts, taxation, financial reporting. Safety Officer: Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety, DGFASLI certification, 3-5 years experience in manufacturing. Welfare Officer: MSW, Psychology, Personnel Management for employee welfare schemes.
