Salary Structure & Benefits
Pay Scale: Rs. 22,500 - 73,750 per month (as per revised pay structure for Non-Executive employees)
Gross Monthly Salary at Entry Level: Approximately Rs. 41,795/-
Salary Components Include:
- Basic Pay: Rs. 22,500/- (minimum of pay scale)
- Dearness Allowance (DA): As per prevailing rates (revised quarterly)
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): As per city classification
- Transport Allowance: As applicable
- Other Allowances: As per company policy
