• Applications must reach the ESIC office on or before 28th February 2026
• Applications received after the due date will not be entertained
• Candidates should send applications well in advance considering postal delays
• ESIC will not be responsible for postal delays or loss of documents
• Proof of posting should be retained for future reference
• No request for extension of last date will be considered

• Attach the original DD with the application form

• Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances
• Applications without requisite fee (if applicable) will be summarily rejected
