- Application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances
- Payment can be made using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Internet Banking facilities only
- Bank charges/transaction charges will be borne by the candidate over and above the application fee
- Payment must be completed during the application window: 27 January 2026 to 17 February 2026
- Candidature will be considered only upon receipt of application fee (for categories where applicable)
- No refund will be processed after successful submission or in case of withdrawal of application
- Keep payment receipt/transaction details safely for future reference
- In case of payment failure, wait for 24 hours before attempting re-payment
- SC/ST candidates must upload valid caste certificate issued by competent authority to claim fee exemption
- Candidates called for selection process (Presentation/Group Discussion/Interview) will be reimbursed To and Fro 3rd AC Rail fare by shortest route OR actual fare paid, whichever is less
- Local conveyance charges will NOT be reimbursed
- Candidates must preserve original tickets for claiming travel reimbursement
- Bank account details (Account Number and IFSC Code) must be provided for direct credit of travel allowance

- Age will be calculated as on the date of notification (27 January 2026)
- Age relaxation as per Government of India rules is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen categories
- However, the age limit after applying all applicable relaxations shall NOT exceed the maximum age limits specified above for respective grades
- Upper age limit is strictly enforced and no candidate exceeding the specified age limit will be considered
- Age proof will be verified through 10th standard certificate or birth certificate issued by competent municipal authority
- Candidates should calculate their age carefully before applying to avoid rejection at later stages
