Application Fee Details
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application processing fee as per the following structure:

Payment Deadline: The application fee must be paid on or before 29th January 2026, even though the application deadline is 27th January 2026. This gives candidates a grace period of two days to complete the fee payment process.
Payment Instructions:
- Fee payment is through online mode only using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking
- After successful payment, save the payment receipt/transaction ID for future reference
- Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances
- Applications without payment of prescribed fee (except PwD candidates) will be summarily rejected
- Bank charges or payment gateway charges, if any, will be borne by the candidate
Age Limit and Relaxation
General Age Limit: Candidates must not be less than 18 years and not more than 35 years of age as on 27th January 2026. This means candidates born between 28/01/1991 and 27/01/2008 are eligible to apply.

Important Points Regarding Age:
- Maximum upper age limit including all relaxations is 45 years, except for existing AMC employees
- Age relaxation for reserved categories is applicable only to candidates who are native to Gujarat
- Caste certificates from other states will not be valid for claiming age relaxation
- For married women applying in father's name, marriage registration certificate must be provided
- Age will be calculated as on the last date of online application (27/01/2026)
- Candidates currently serving in AMC may get additional age relaxation as per rules
