The official notification was released in January 2026. The application submission process commenced on 7th January 2026. The last date for receipt of offline applications is 6th February 2026. Applications must reach the designated office address on or before the closing date. Applications sent by registered post or speed post should be dispatched well in advance to ensure they reach before the deadline. Applications submitted in person must be deposited during office working hours (typically 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on working days). No applications will be accepted after the closing date under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to apply at the earliest and not wait for the last date to avoid any postal delays or other unforeseen issues.

Application fee details should be verified from the official notification. Typically, for General and OBC category candidates, an application fee ranging from Rs. 200 to Rs. 400 is charged. For candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and female candidates of all categories, application fee is either fully exempted or charged at a reduced rate as per Chhattisgarh government policy. The application fee is usually paid through challan in designated bank branches or as per the payment mode specified in the official notification. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Candidates should retain the payment receipt as proof of fee payment for future reference.

Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 35 years as on 1st January 2026. Age relaxation is admissible as per Chhattisgarh government rules and regulations. For Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates, age relaxation of 5 years is provided making the maximum age limit 40 years. For Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates, age relaxation of 3 years is applicable making the maximum age limit 38 years. For Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), age relaxation of 10 years is admissible over and above the age limit applicable to their respective categories. For Ex-Servicemen, age relaxation is provided as per Government of India and Chhattisgarh government rules. For women candidates, age relaxation may be applicable as per specific provisions of Chhattisgarh government orders. Age will be calculated as on 1st January 2026. Candidates must submit valid age proof documents such as Matriculation certificate, Birth certificate issued by competent authority, or School Leaving Certificate.
