Important Instructions Regarding Dates:
- Applications received after 09-02-2026 will not be entertained under any circumstances
- ECHS will not be responsible for postal delays or non-delivery of applications
- Candidates are advised to send applications well in advance
- For applications by hand, office hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on working days
- Saturday and Sunday are holidays - plan application submission accordingly
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interview

Important Notes on Age Limit:
- The liberal upper age limits are specifically designed to accommodate ex-servicemen and retired medical/paramedical professionals
- Retired government doctors and medical staff are eligible and encouraged to apply
- Ex-servicemen can add their entire defence service period to the upper age limit
- Age will be calculated as on the last date of application submission (09-02-2026)
- Date of birth as per 10th standard certificate or birth certificate will be accepted
- Candidates seeking age relaxation must submit valid certificates from competent authority
- OBC certificate should contain Non-Creamy Layer clause valid for current financial year
- PwBD certificate must be issued by medical board constituted by Central/State Government
- Ex-servicemen must provide discharge certificate and pension payment order as proof
